For YCL, compliance is mandatory to ensure protection of environment & human health from the possible
risks caused by chemicals, assessing & managing these risks, helps in providing support to development of
new alternative testing strategies and safety information.
A pro-active, intense and strategic focus on regulatory compliance helps potential increase and growth to
business due to enhanced customer satisfaction, confidence in the products.
YCL is intensively developing and adopting effective policies and procedures that are based on use of
combined & harmonized sets of compliance controls, rules and directives, laws, regulations, governance
requirements to ensure manufacturing of the products to safety, security or design standards.
Keeping in mind the need of regulatory compliance, we are constantly

and management of the safety of chemicals.

YCL’s overall framework is code of conduct, which drafts the compliance principles to which YCL and its
employees are committed. YCL also respects the uniqueness and value of each employee at each level of
management hierarchy. Our code of conduct defines the organization’s nature, core policies and expected
employee behaviors that binds all stake holders- employees, executives, customers, board members and
third parties to the ideals of the organization.
